Ingredients
Finely Chopped Red Radish - 1 Cup
Finely Chopped Onion - 1/4 cup
Finely Chopped Green Chilli - 1
Salt to taste
Grated Coconut - 2 tsp
To Grind
Soaked Channa Dhal - 3 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1/2 tsp
Peppercorn - 10
Dry Red Chilli 2
Method
In a blender add soaked channa Dhal, fennel seeds, peppercorn, dry red chilli and little salt. Then grind it as coarse paste.
Bring little water to boil, add the chopped radish along with salt . Let it cook completely and switch off the flame.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds , red chilli and fry for few seconds. Then add chopped onions and green chilli and fry for a min.
Now add the coarse paste masala and fry well. Then add the cooked vegetables along with grated coconut.
Then give a nice mix and let it cook for few minutes. Switch off the flame and serve with steamed white rice.
