One pan paprika chicken thighs are really tasty and yummy chicken dish. In this dish, chicken is cooked with combination of spices. Serve this dis with fried eggs. This can be served as main dish or side dish. It goes very well with fried rice, roti or bread. Enjoy well 🙂
Ingredients
Chicken Thighs - 4 ( washed & Cleaned)
Paprika- 1 tbsp
Thyme- 2 tsp
Fresh Ground Pepper - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 4 tsp
Baby Carrots - 6 to 8
Halved Baby Potatoes - 6
Finely Chopped Garlic - 2 tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
All Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
Ziplock - 1
Water - 1 cup
To Garnish
Fried Ginger Slices- 1 tsp
Fresh Chopped Thyme Leaves - few
To Serve
Fried Eggs - 2
Method
Take a ziplock. Add the washed chicken pieces, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, Salt, Ground Pepper, 1 tsp Thyme, Paprika Powder, 2 tsp Olive oil and close it. Then mix it well with your hands (or shake it well). Let it be there for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan, add remaining oil. Then place the marinated chicken pieces and cook well on both sides.
Then add water, remaining spices and cook the chicken until it gets soft and tender.
Add the all purpose flour and mix well. Turn off the flame and garnish with fresh chopped thyme. Serve with fried eggs.
