Garlic Bread Toast

Garlic bread is a favorite with many dinners and can be made using different kinds of bread. The traditional method uses a long, thin loaf of bread such as a baguette (French stick) or a crusty Italian bread equivalent.

Garlic bread usually accompanies pasta and soups but can also be eaten with pizza, seafood, and other foods where its rich flavor adds to the dining experience.




Ingredients

Finely Chopped Garlic/ Grated Garlic/ Shredded Garlic/ Garlic Powder - 2 tsp

Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 tsp

Dry Oregano- 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Butter - 4 tsp

Method

In a small bowl, add garlic powder, butter, coriander leaves, salt and dried oregano.

Heat a pan/ tawa. Grease with little ghee or olive oil.

Place the bread in Tawa. Using a brush, spread generously with the butter mixture.

Roast it for both sides and serve hot!
