Green Beans Peanut Stir Fry



Ingredients 

Finely Chopped Green Beans - 2 Cups
Roasted Peanuts - 1/4 Cup 
Finely Chopped Onion - 1/4 Cup 

For Dry Roast & Grind 

Peanut- 3 tsp 
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilli- 1
Grated Coconut- 2 tsp 

To Temper 
Oil - 1 tsp 
Mustard Seeds- 1/4 tsp 
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp 
Curry Leaves - few 

Method 

Heat a pan, dry roast peanut, sesame seeds, dry red chilli and grated coconut. Then fry it for few minutes. Let it cool down completely and grind it as fine powder.

In the same pan, heat oil and add the tempering ingredients one by one and sauté it for few seconds.

Add the chopped onions and fry it for few seconds. Then add chopped green beans along with salt and required water then close the lid and then cook it until veggies becomes soft.

Once it done, add the dry roast masala powder and roasted peanuts and mix well.

This dish is ready to serve with steamed rice and side dishes.
