Egg Manchurian Dry


Egg Manchurian is an interesting egg recipe made with steamed and deep fried eggs coated with sauces. Instead of steaming, you can microwave the egg mix.
Today I am going to share the dry version of this yummy dish. 

:



Ingredients
For Steaming/ Microwave
Eggs - 4
Salt & Pepper to taste 


For Coating

All purpose flour / Maida - 
1/4 cup 
Corn starch or corn flour - 
1/4 cup
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

For Manchurian
Oil - 
2 tbsp
Finely chopped Ginger - 
1 tbsp
Finely chopped Garlic - 
1 tbsp 
Finely Chopped Onions - 2
Chopped Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 1 
Chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce / Tomato ketchup - 
2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 
1/2 tsp 
Salt to taste
Chopped Spring Onions - few
Method
Steam the eggs in a pressure cooker/in a idli cooker/ in a microwave oven.

Coat the eggs in the batter and fry them in oil and keep it aside.


Heat oil and saute ginger, Garlic ,onions and bell peppers and the fry for few minutes.


Add the sauces and mix well. Then add the fried eggs and cook for another 2 minutes. 

Add spring onions for garnishing. Hot and tasty egg manchurian is ready to be served. This goes very well with fried rice.
