Veg Bread Sandwich

Bread is one of the best options for breakfast. Sandwich is a universal breakfast recipe. It is an easy & healthy sandwich. Normally we don’t like to have raw veggies. But when you toast bread with vegetables filling it should be half cooked.
If you don’t have sandwich maker you can use dosa pan, but the bread filling should be very careful. That time you can prefer with more cheese. My son loves this dish and hopes you all!!!

Ingredients
Bread – 8 slices
Onion – 2 (Medium Sized)
Carrots – 1 cup (round shaped)
Tomato Sauce – 5 tsp
Green Chutney – 5 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 5 tsp
Salt to taste
(To Green Chutney)
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Green Chilli – 5
Salt to taste
Tamarind – gooseberry sized ball
Method
In a blender add all the ingredients which are mentioned under to green chutney and grind it as a smooth paste.
Keep all the ingredients ready. Slice carrot and onions into thin circles.

Place 8 slices of bread in a plate or tray. Apply green chutney on one side of four slices.
Another 4 slices of bread, apply tomato sauce in one side.

Place carrot, onion slices then sprinkle pepper powder on each side of all bread slices.

Grease the sandwich maker with ghee and apply ghee on the bread.  Toast it for 3 to 4 minutes or as per the sandwich maker instructions.

Once it done, remove it from maker and serve with ketch up or ranch.
