Chocolate Brownie Cake

It’s a rich chocolate brownie cake goes a long way. It’s sure to satisfy all chocolate lovers and is perfect for any occasions. I have added cashews. So kids love this cake. Enjoy well!!

Ingredients

Butter – 1 cup
Granulated Sugar – 1 cup
Eggs – 4
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Fried Cashew (or) Walnuts – ¼ cup
Cocoa Powder – 6 tsp
Salt to taste

(Chocolate Frosting)

Butter – 4 tsp
Cocoa Powder – 4 tsp
Sugar – 3 ½ cups
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Milk – ½ cup

Method

Preheat oven to 350°. Apply ghee or butter in a cake pan. In a large bowl combine butter and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addiction of eggs. Stir vanilla. Add fried nuts stir until blend it well.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or check until a tooth stick inserted in center comes out clean. Let it cool down for another 15 minutes.

Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Stir in cocoa until smooth. Then add sugar along with vanilla and milk to make the mixture soft and spreadable. Spoon evenly over brownies and spread it.

Your chocolate brownie cake is ready to have!!!
