Lauki Kheer is prepared from grated bottle gourd instead of the usual
rice. Normally the kheer recipes are very fattening because they are high
calories.
But it’s a healthy dessert; it cuts out the carbohydrate content. Lauke
is not fattening like rice and has lots of vital nutrients. For diabetic person
can use jakkery rather than sugar and also reduce the volume of sugar.
We really enjoyed having this yummy and delicious dessert. Honestly
speaking my family members couldn't find out the main ingredients what I used.
They love this kheer.
