It’s a very good veggie and also the cost is very low compared to
others. It’s a mixed veggie poriyal. Normally we prepared potato and cabbage
stir fry separately. Just try this new recipe with these combinations. If you
want you can add or reduce the spiciness.

Chopped Cabbage – 2 cups
Chopped Potato – 2 cups
Chopped Onions – 1 cup
Chopped Tomatoes – 2 cups
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – few
Bay Leaf – 1
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Method
In a pan heat oil then fries cumin seeds and bay leaf. Then add
chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste then fry till it
becomes slight brown in color.
Now add chopped onions, salt and fry well for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add chopped tomato and cook for another 3 minutes.
Then add cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry
well. Once it done, add chopped cabbage, and garam masala then keep fry for
about 5 min on a low flame.
When water is coming out from cabbage, close the lid and cook another
10 minutes on a low flame.
Once it done, add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Now it’s time to serve cabbage potato stir fry.
