Ingredients
Boiled, Peeled and Cubed Potato – 2 CupsSliced Onion (Big) –1
Crushed Ginger and Garlic – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Curry Masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
To Temper
Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 1
Vadagam – ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds – ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Sesame Oil – 2 to 3 tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, vadagam, let it crack for few seconds. Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli. Then add onions, crushed ginger garlic and fry well.
Add the chopped potatoes, salt, chilli powder, curry powder and mix well. Then add the chopped coriander leaves and close the lid, then keep cook for few minutes.
Switch off the flame and serve hot with steamed rice varieties.
