Ingredients
Finely Chopped Spinach – 1 CupFinely Chopped Green Beans – ¼ cup
Crushed Ginger and Garlic – 2 tsp
Grated Coconut – 4 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder - ¼ tsp
Finely Chopped Onions – ¼ Cup
To Temper
Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 1
Cumin Seeds – ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Oil - 1 tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds,
let it crack for few seconds. Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli. Then add
onions and fry well.
Add the chopped green beans and mix
well. Then add the chopped spinach pieces, salt, chilli powder and close the
lid, then keep cook for few minutes.
Spread the grated coconut and mix thoroughly.
Switch off the flame and serve hot with steamed rice varieties.
