Butter Sautéed Bitter Gourd


Ingredients
Sliced Bitter Gourd – 1 Cup (Remove the seeds)
Hot Water – 2 Cups
Salt to taste
Butter – ¼ Cup
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Method
Soak bitter gourd pieces in salted hot water. Let it soak for 10 to 15 min. This help to reduce the bitterness from this veggie. Once it done put it in a cleaned cottoned towel. Let it dry completely.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the bitter gourd pieces with required salt, cumin powder and pepper powder.
Once it roasted well, serve hot.
