Thin Flattened Rice/Poha – 1 Cup
Grated
Coconut – ¼ cup
Dry Fruits – 3 tsp
Pomegranate Pearls – ¼ Cup

Juice – 3 tspDry Fruits – 3 tsp
Pomegranate Pearls – ¼ Cup
For Pomegranate Syrup
Elachi/ Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Jaggery - ½ Cup
Salt to taste
Water- 1/8 Cup
Method
Soak poha in water for about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain out the excess water and transfer it into clean bowl.
Bring little water (1/8 cup) to boil, add jaggery, cardamom powder with little salt. Let it boil for few minutes, then switch off the flame and add pomegranate juice, then stir it well.
Add this pomegranate syrup into poha bowl. Then add grated coconut, dry fruits and pomegranate pearls, mix well together.
Serve this yummy treat with hot chocolate/coffee.
