Ingredients
Sliced Raw Banana – 1 (Round Shaped)
Chilli Powder – ½ tablespoon
Freshly Ground Pepper – ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour – 3 tsp
Besan Powder – 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Finely Chopped Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig
Lime Juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method
In a bowl add all the ingredients one by one except oil, mix them all by adding enough water and make a thick paste.
Bring
hot water in a vessel, add the sliced banana pieces and put in a vessel for at
least 10 min. Drain the banana and add it into batter, then make sure it coated
well.
Heat oil
in a pan, add the coated plantain and fry well. Drain out the excess oil and have this yummy
banana 65 with hot chocolate.
