When we take home remedies for any diseases that’s good for our
health and no need to worry about side effects.
Ingredients
Milk- 2 cups
Crushed Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Crushed Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4 tsp
Palm Sugar/ Panam Kalkandu – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Method
In a pan, bring milk to boil. Then add palm sugar, turmeric
powder, crushed ginger and pepper powder.
Give a nice mix. Let it boil. Once it done, then switch off
the flame and filter it.
Serve warm. This would be fantastic drink.
