Apple – 1
Honey -2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Milk – 2 cups (chilled)
Pistachios - 10
Method
Wash apples, and peel the outer skin and
chop into small pieces and keep it in a bowl with chill water.
Soak pistachios in hot water for 15 mins, set
aside.
In a mixer add milk, chopped apples, pistachios, and sugar.
