Apple Milkshake

It is a healthy and tasty milkshake. This is smooth, delicate apple milkshake a great way to cool off during hot days in summer. Hope everyone remember this, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
 Apple can make you skinnier. This satisfies hunger for few calories. It protect against metabolic syndrome. Having an apple milkshake before you workout may boost your exercise endurance.

Ingredients

Apple – 1

Honey -2 tsp

Sugar - 2 tsp

Milk – 2 cups (chilled)

Pistachios - 10

Method

Wash apples, and peel the outer skin and chop into small pieces and keep it in a bowl with chill water.   
Soak pistachios in hot water for 15 mins, set aside. 
In a mixer add milk, chopped apples, pistachios, and sugar.
Then add honey and blend it till smooth. Serve chilled apple milkshake with cubed ice cubes and nuts.
