Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a traditional Indian beverage. It’s a smooth, creamy, and absolutely heavenly. This is also very famous at many restaurants.

This drink is such an energy drink to have on summer day. I have used low fat yogurt. This is very tasty and yummy drink. You can easily prepare at mango seasons.
Ingredients
Chopped Mangoes – 1 cup
Yogurt/Curd – ½ cup (Thick Consistency)
Sugar – 5 tsp
Ice Cubes – 5
Chill Water – 1/5 cup
Cashews – 5 (Lightly sauteed with ghee)
Method

In a blender, add mango pieces, yogurt, and sugar, water, and ice cubes. Then grind it until gets thick consistency.
Adjust water according to the thickness of the lassi. You can adjust the sweet as per your taste.
Refrigerate for few min. Then serve chilled and garnish with nuts.
