Spinach Salad with lemon dressing

 It is fresh, sharp, and delicious. Fresh and tasty green salad, very simple to make. Using the lemon this way works very well and is quite refreshing. While a fair amount of salt is necessary, I cut the amount in half and it worked well. Hope you’ll enjoy with a great light meal in your plate.
Ingredients
Chopped Spinach – 2 Cups
Chopped Onion – ¼ Cup
Chopped Tomato – ¼ Cup
Chopped Cucumber – ¼ Cup
Chopped Carrot – ¼ Cup
Chopped mango – 4 tsp
For Dressing
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Kosher Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Lemon Juice – 5 to 6 tsp
Cumin Powder to taste
Method
In a medium bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until completely incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. 
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
