Ingredients
Sliced
Sweet Potato (with skin) – 1 (big)
Cubed
Butter – 2 to 3 tsp
Salt
to taste
Ground
Pepper to taste
Basil
Seasoning – 2 tsp
Italian
Seasoning – 2 tsp
Rosemary
Seasoning – 1 tsp
Method
In
a big bowl add the sliced sweet potatoes and prick it all over with a fork.
Season
with salt, pepper, rosemary, Italian dressing, basil seasoning and mix well.
Preheat oven to 350
degree. Add the seasoned sweet potatoes into the baking sheet.
Add the cubed butter
pieces on top of sliced sweet potatoes and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once it done, serve hot yummy
sweet potatoes with hot coco.
