Baked Sweet Potato

Sweet potatoes are a healthy, delicious option for everyday meals. They’re an excellent source of fiber, potassium, and vitamin A, and they’re also supremely easy to prepare. Baked Sweet Potatoes are yummy and fantastic taste with little butter and some other seasoning. It’s a very simple dish and easy to prepare wit great taste.  Enjoy with your baking dishes.
Ingredients

Sliced Sweet Potato (with skin) – 1 (big)

Cubed Butter – 2 to 3 tsp

Salt to taste

Ground Pepper to taste

Basil Seasoning – 2 tsp

Italian Seasoning – 2 tsp

Rosemary Seasoning – 1 tsp

Method

In a big bowl add the sliced sweet potatoes and prick it all over with a fork.

Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, Italian dressing, basil seasoning and mix well.

Preheat oven to 350 degree. Add the seasoned sweet potatoes into the baking sheet.

Add the cubed butter pieces on top of sliced sweet potatoes and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once it done, serve hot yummy sweet potatoes with hot coco.
