Quiche is a
classic French recipe. In this dish, egg is loaded with your favorite
vegetables and cheese. It’s a healthy and filling quiche.
This veg quiche is so crazy good. And its made with loads of veggies, egg and cheese.
You can use any vegetables that you like based on your taste. This is also perfect recipe for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
Chopped
Capsicum – 2 (Big)
Chopped
Spinach – 2 Cup
Chopped
Tomato – 2 (Big)
Chopped
Onions – 3 (Big)
Chopped Broccoli
Florets – 1 Cup
Grated Cheese
– 1 Cup
Eggs – 6
Salt to taste
Freshly
Ground Pepper to taste
Cinnamon
Powder to taste
Butter – 1
tsp
Method
In a pan, heat butter. Add the chopped
onions, capsicum, spinach, broccoli and fry for few minutes. Then let it cool
down completely.
Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and
pepper and cool veggies to eggs and mix well.
Apply butter/spray cooking oil in a
baking pan.
Pour half of the egg mixture in baking
pan. Add the grated cheese.
Top with remaining egg mixture. Bake
at 350degrees for 20 minutes. Let it cool down, then serve hot quiche.
