Bhel Puri is one
of the famous chat recipes which is very popular in India. This should be
prepared by my son. It’s a very easy and healthy recipe. We can prefer and
encourage kids to make this kind of simple chat recipes. They will surely get
an idea about what is cooking? And they should know how to handle, in case if we are not feeling
well. They may help us. Who knows there may be a chance to become a great chef

I am going to have this yummy and healthy bhel puri chat
recipe… This is a good snack especially for winter/rainy seasons.
Ingredients
Puffed Rice/ Pori – 2 cups
Potato – 1 cub (Boiled & Mashed)
Plain Sev /Oma Podi – ½ cup
Papdi – 10
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Onions
– ½ cup
Finely Chopped Tomatoes – ½ cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves – few
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Mint Chutney – 2 tsp
Date and Tamarind Chutney - 2 tsp
Method
In a big bowl, add puffed rice, chopped onions, tomatoes,
potato. Crush the papdi and add it.
Now add oma podi, chilli powder, chat masala, salt and mix
well.
Then add mint chutney and date and tamarind chutney and gve
a nice mix.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves with lemon juice.
Garnish with plain sev. Serve immediately.
