Paneer 65

Paneer has rich source of proteins. In this dish, the inner part of paneer is soft and outer part is crispy. It’s a healthy starter and goes well with tomato ketchup, mint chutney and ranch. This is also a popular recipe almost in many restaurants.
 Ingredients
Cubed Paneer – 2 cup
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Rice Flour – 2 tsp
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 tsp
Yogurt/ Curd – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Lemon Juice – 2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
(For Paste)
Green Chilli – 3
Garlic – 2 cloves
Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Method
In a blender add green chilli, garlic, chopped ginger and curry leaves and grind it as a coarse paste.
In a bowl, add ground paste, rice flour, maida, garam masala, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, curd and lemon juice. Then mix it well.
Add the cubed paneer into this mix and let it be for 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai, add paneer pieces and fry till both sides get golden color.
Remove the excess oil by using paper towel and serve this with ketchup/ranch…
