Cluster Bean Masala Curry

It's another great side dish. This has low calories. It helps to manage blood pressure. It is also beneficial to the cardio health. This goes well with steamed white rice, kuzhambu rice, curd rice...
Ingredients
Cluster Bean – ½ kg
Chopped Onions – ½ cup
Chopped Tomato – ½ cup
Tamarind Water – ½ cup
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
(For Powder)
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds – ½ tsp
Peppercorn – ½ tsp
Channa Dal – ½ tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Grated Coconut – ¼ tsp
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
To Temper
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Method
Clean and wash the cluster beans. Then chop it and keep it aside.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add all the ingredients which are for powder saute it for few minutes and let it cool. Then grind it as a paste. And keep it aside.
In a kadai, add the tempering ingredients and saute it for few sec. Add the chopped onions and fry well. Now add chopped tomatoes and keep cook till it becomes mushy.
Now add chopped cluster beans and mix well with salt and add chilli powder, coriander powder and ground masala.
Close the lid and keep cook on a medium flame.
Once it done, then switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
