Spicy Prawn Masala is a simple and delicious dish. This is a spiciest recipe.
I hope this will be definitely one of the favorite dishes for prawn lovers. In
this dish, I have cooked prawn separately and fried with some spices.

Ingredients
Shrimp/Prawn – ½ kg
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Sliced Green Chilli – 4
Curry Leaves – few
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala -1 tsp
Thinly Sliced Onions – 1 (big)
Freshly Crushed Pepper – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – few
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Wash and clean the prawns and keep it in a separate plate.
In a vessel, add water, turmeric powder and salt then heat.
Now add the peeled prawns into that water and cook it till this becomes soft.
Once the prawns cooked well, then remove the excess water
with help of strainer and keep it aside.
In a kadai, heat oil. Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves, ginger
garlic paste, and also add the cooked prawns.
Keep cook on a medium flame. Sprinkle required salt on top
of it.
Then add chilli powder, garam masala, sliced onions and mix
it well. Let it be for few minutes.
And add crushed pepper, lemon juice and mix well.
Then switch off the flame. And serve with hot steamed rice/ fried rice…
