In a medium bowl, add maida, salt, and oil and mix it well and make it as soft dough by sprinkling some water into that. Then take a wet cotton cloth and close this completely and keep it aside for 20 min.
In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, hing , amateur powder, saute it t for few seconds.
Then add chopped ginger, onion, chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves then fry for 2 to 3 min.
Now add poha and mix it well. Let t cool down for few min. Then switch off the flame.
In a small bowl add maida and few drops of water and mix it well.
Take dough and make it as small chapatti, then fill with onion poha mixture and cover t then fry it till both sides get cooked well. (You can make it as any shape)
Using maida paste, you can cover it without loose any filling.
