Sautéed Mixed Veggies

 Sautéed veggies are very healthy and easy to make. We can make this dish very quickly. Based on your taste you can adjust your spices.



Ingredients 

Chopped Green Beans - 1/2 Cup 

Chopped Carrots - 1/2 Cup 

Cooked/ Frozen Green Peas - 1/2 Cup 

Frozen/ Cooked Corn - 1/2 Cup 

Finely Chopped Onion - 1/4 Cup 

Dried Oregano - 1 tsp 

Fresh Ground Pepper - 1 tsp 

Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp 

Rice Flour - 2 tsp 

Salt to taste 

Olive Oil/ Sesame Oil - 2 to 3 tsp

Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp 

Finely Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp 

Method 

In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat. Add the garlic, ginger and saute, stirring, for 1 minute. 

Then add chopped onions and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the all of the vegetables and cook until just starting to wilt, about 2 minutes. 

Then add chilli powder, salt and mix well. If you want, sprink little water.

Once it done, add rice flour, ground pepper and dried oregano.  The sauté it for few minutes. Switch off the flame and serve hot.
