This is a Korean side dish using cucumbers. It’s called Oi Muchim. Oi means Cucumber and Muchim is nothing but Seasoned. So we can call this dish as Mixed/ Seasoned Cucumber. This goes very well well with fried rice. Eat well and stay healthy!
Ingredients
Sliced Cucumber- 1 Cup
Thinly Sliced Onion - 1/4 Cup
Crushed Ginger & Garlic - 1 tsp
Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Hot Pepper Flakes - 2 tsp
Sesame Oil / Olive Oil - 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
Method
In a clean bowl add all the ingredients and give a nice mix.
Then serve with fried rice or any cooked rice.
