This is simple, healthy and tasty dish. It’s very easy to prepare and takes only few minutes. This is protein based snack. It goes very well with fried rice, pulao, biryani, chapatti, roti and bread.
Ingredients
Chopped Paneer - 1 Cup
Butter - 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Freshly Ground Pepper - 1 -1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Method
In a cleaned bowl, add all the ingredients except butter. Marinate everything and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours.
Heat a pan, melt butter. Then add the marinated Paneer pieces and then shallow fry it for few minutes.
Finally transfer this into serving bowl and add some ground pepper. Serve with ketchup or any sauce.
