Mac & Cheese Pasta


Due to lockdown, my son started to cook in his way. My kids like pasta very much. So he made it for themselves. I hope this recipe can try any kids easily. It’s a simple and tasty dish. Enjoy well!!!




Ingredients

  • Macaroni - 1 box
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Butter - ½ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese - 
    2 cups
     
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Finely Chopped fresh parsley

  • Method 

  • In a large pot on medium-high heat, bring water to boil.
  • Add salt, oil  and mix well. Then add pasta and cook well.
  • Once it done, switch off the flame.  
  • Strain water using colander. Then rinse with cold water and keep aside. 
  • In the same pan, heat the milk to a simmer. 
  • Once the pastas are cooked, turn off the heat. Add in the butter, cheddar, salt, and pepper. 
  • Fold these ingredients with the pasta until the cheese and butter melt into the milk to create a thick sauce. 


  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve! Enjoy!
