Turmeric Hing Detox Drink

Detox Water is filled with so many great ingredients!  And even more, it tastes great!  I make this water in a large container and sip on it all day long! The word “detox” brings to mind scary-intense juice cleanses.  If you’re looking to revive yourself from within while increasing your energy level and your overall well-being, a body detox may be in order. Detoxification is the process of eliminating toxic substances from your body. 
Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants. Curcumin, the main ingredient in turmeric, supports the immune system in its ability to fight infection and it has pain relieving properties (good-bye headaches)

Hing, or asafoetida is one of the most flavourful Indian spices; however, its health benefits don't receive as much attention as they should.

Hing water can help boost metabolism and digestion, which are both crucial for health and quick weight loss. Hing water can be consumed on empty stomach to boost weight loss. This is because it has a number of beneficial properties, which help the digestive system, blood pressure and blood sugar.

Ingredients

Water - 1 and 1/2 glass
Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
Hing - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp ( optional)

Method

Bring water to boil, add turmeric powder and Hing then mix well.

Let it boil For about 5 minutes or reduced the water level into 1 glass.

When it warm or hot, add lemon juice and mix well then drink on your empty stomach for getting better results.
