Green Beans Ginger Detox Drink


Green beans with its strong diuretic properties can serve as a great detox and help rid your body from unwanted toxins. This nutritional powerhouse can do wonders for your skin, hair and nails. So what are you waiting for? Load up on these healthy greens detox already! 



Ingredients 

Chopped Green Beans ( lengthwise) - 10 pieces 

Chopped Ginger - 2 tsp 
Water - 1 and 1/2 glass 

Method 


Bring water to boil. Add chopped green beans and ginger, then mix well.


Let it boil for 10 5 minutes on medium flame and 2 minutes on low flame.


Once it done, switch off the flame and strain the water.


Drink this detox drink in your empty stomach.
