This Blackberry Ginger Mint (BGM) detox drink was is refreshing, slightly sweet, and is an amazing detox especially when you are in diet. It helps to reduce your weight. For better results, drink this detox drink in your empty stomach.
Ingredients
Sliced Ginger Pieces - 4 to 5
Fresh Mint Leaves - few
Lemon/Lime juice - 2 tsp
Water- 1 glass
Ice Cubes - few
Method
In a glass, add sliced blackberries, sliced ginger, mint leaves.
Add water into the glass. Mix 2 tsp of lemon juice in that detox and add some ice cubes.
Let it be for at least 1 hour and drink this detox drink in morning at your empty stomach.
