Grapes Ginger Detox Drink


The grape detox is an eating plan typically used by those who wish to lose weight, become healthier.




This can help relieve ailments and reduce weight by cleansing the body and flushing out toxic waste.

Ingredients 

Grapes (halved) - 1/2 cup
Sliced Ginger - few
Mint Leaves - few
Water - 1 glass 
Ice Cubes - few

Method 

In a glass jar, add halved grapes, ginger slices, mint leaves, and water and mix well. 

Refrigerate this detox overnight.

Next day morning add some ice cubes and mix well then drink it on your empty stomach.
