Orange Carrot Ginger Detox Drink


This Orange Carrot Ginger Detox is an incredibly refreshing and healthy juice to have at breakfast. This blend of fruit and vegetables gives you a juice that is mild to medium sweetness, with a lil zinger from the ginger. 

Oranges are powerhouses of antioxidants and vitamin C. Carrots areloaded with beta-carotene and fibres aiding in weight loss and digestion  Ginger is an age old home remedy for digestion, bloating, stomach cramps and packed with anti-inflammatory properties. 
A glass of this detox drink everyday will benefit your body in wonderful ways.
Ingredients
Oranges- 2
Carrot - 2
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp 
Crushed Ginger - a small piece 
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp

Method



Juice the orange and carrot separately.

Pour the juice in a blender add turmeric and ginger.
Blend for 30 seconds and then squeeze half lemon.
Strain and serve.
