Apple Cinnamon Detox Drink


This delicious drink will detoxify and cleanse your body, and you may experience increased bowel movements and urination. Enjoy refreshing benefits of apple and cinnamon and speed up your metabolism. Cinnamon is super healthy and helps balance your blood sugar. Apples also have a lot of organic compounds and vitamins which can boost your general health and they are a great detox food.


Ingredients

Chopped Apple - 2

Cinnamon Sticks - 2 finger sized

Water - 1 liter

For Garnish

Apple Slices - few

Cinnamon Sticks - few

Method

Bring water to boil. Add apple pieces and cinnamon sticks then mix well.

Cover it and simmer for 15 minutes.

When cools down strain Apple cinnamon detox into glass jar and refrigerate overnight.

While serving add fresh sliced apples and stick of cinnamon for garnish.
