Ingredients
OPRB
Veggies – 2 Cups (Thinly Sliced)
(Onion, Potato and Raw Plantain)
Besan
– 1 cup
Chilli
Powder – 1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Hing –
a pinch
Crushed
Curry Leaves – few
Oil
for fry
Water
as required
Method
In a
bowl, add besan, chilli powder, hing salt, curry leaves with required water to
make right consistency of batter. It should not be thicker or waterier.
Add the
veggies into the besan batter and mix well. Adjust the salt level as per your tongue
buds.
Heat oil
in a pan, add the sliced veggies and fry well.
Drain
out the excess oil using a paper napkin. Serve this hot and crispy snack with hot
coco.
