Paneer Kheer

Paneer Kheer is one of the most tastiest dessert. And this is very simple and easy to prepare. Fo a creamier texture I have added condensed milk. This kheer tastes too good when you served chilled.
 Ingredients
Grated Paneer – 1 cup
Chopped Paneer - 5 tsp (Small cube sized)
Milk – 1 ltr
Condensed Milk - 1/5 cup
Sugar – 1 ½ cups
Rose Water – 1 tsp
Mixed Nuts – 5 tsp
Rose Water - 1 tsp
Saffron - a pinch
Raisins – 3 tsp
Ghee – 3 tsp
Cardamom – ¼ tsp
Salt – a pinch
Method
In a pan, heat ghee. When it melts add cardamom, mixed nuts and raisins then for few sec. Then take it out and keep it aside.
Add another tsp of ghee and add chopped paneer with little salt and fry for few seconds.
Boil milk in a pan until it reduces a little and becomes slightly thick.
Add condensed milk, saffron, cardamom powder and grated paneer and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Then add fried nuts and raisins, rose water, saffron and give a mix well.
Switch off the flame and let it chill out for few minutes. Refrigerator and serve chilled.
