Lamb Liver Masala

It’s a tasty and popular dish in dhabas and restaurants. Basically I’m not a big fan of lamb liver. I prepared this for my lovely son.
I hope you can try and enjoy with your meal.

Ingredients
Liver – 250 g
Chopped Onions – 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Lemon Juice – 3 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
(For Paste)
Coconut – 3 tsp
Fennel Seeds – ½ tsp
Method
In a bowl add liver with some milk and soak it for ½ an hour and wash it with water. Then add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, oil and mix it well. Let it be for 30 minutes.
In a kadai, heat oil. Add chopped onions and fry for few min. Now add the marinated liver and saute it for few minutes. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander powder then mix it well.
Add required water and close the lid. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes. You can pressure cook it for 3 to 5 whistles.
In a blender add grated coconut and fennel seeds and grind it as a coarse paste. Then add this into liver masala.
Keep cook for another 5 minutes on a low flame.
Then switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
