Meal Maker – 1 cup
Milk – 1 ltr
Sugar – 1 ½ cups
Rose Water – 1 tsp
Cashew Nuts – 5 tsp
Raisins – 3 tsp
Ghee – 3 tsp
Cardamom – ¼ tsp
Salt – a pinch
Method
In a vessel, heat water and add meal maker then
close the lid and let it for 5 minutes.
Then take it outside and remove the absorbed water
from meal maker and keep it aside.
Once it done, using blender make this as grated meal
maker (like grated coconut).
In a pan, heat ghee. When it melts add cardamom,
cashew nuts and raisins then for few sec. Then take it out and keep it aside.
Add another
tsp of ghee and add grated mea maker with little salt and fry for few seconds.
By meantime bring milk to boil. Then add this fried
meal maker, sugar and keep cook for few minutes.
Then add fried nuts and raisins, rose water and give
a mix well.
Switch off the flame and let it chill out for few
minutes. Serve either warm or chill.
