Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

Normally kids won’t like to have spinach. We can’t force them to eat. But they love eggs. This is a good recipe by using spinach with eggs. I hope it work out well.
This goes well with any rice, roti or chapatti… Even you can have this without any main dish.

Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp

Be sure to cook this until water of spinach has evaporated.
Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, cinnamon, green chilly and ginger garlic paste about 2 min.
In a small bowl beat egg, add salt, pepper, garam masala and chilli powder.
