This goes well with any rice, roti or chapatti… Even
you can have this without any main dish.
Ingredients
Spinach - 1 bunch
Eggs – 3(beaten)
Chopped Onion – 1(Big)
Chopped Capsicum – ½ cup
Sliced Green Chilli – 2
Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Butter – few
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Cinnamon – 1
Method
Coarsely chop the spinach leaves. Heat oil in pan and cook onion and garlic until crisp tender, about 5 min.

Add the chopped capsicum
& spinach and cook, stirring often, until spinach is tender, about 5 min.
Be sure to cook this until
water of spinach has evaporated.
Heat butter in a pan, add
cumin seeds, cinnamon, green chilly and ginger garlic paste about 2 min.
In a small bowl beat egg, add salt, pepper, garam masala and chilli powder.
