This dish is best served with Basmati rice, Jeera rice, Ghee rice, Pulao, Chapattis, Naan or brea
It is also very famous recipe in India, Pakistan and United Kingdom.
Ingredients
Chicken – ½ kg
Chopped onion – 2 (big)
Chopped Tomato – 2
Capsicum – 1
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Sliced Green Chilly - 4
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – few
Method
In a big bowl, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt with cleaned chicken piece. Then marinate for another 30 min.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook for about 2 min.
Then add the chicken mix and cook for 10 min in simmer. Add green chilli, capsicum, tomato, little bit salt (already added in chicken mix) and cook for about 7 min.
Add garam masala and 1 cup water then keep it for 5 min. Serve the chicken with coriander leave
