Dosa Pizza



Pizza Dosa is an innovative, delicious, and colorful recipe that you can try at your home today. Pizza is one of the favorite dishes for all kids especially because of the cheese. How about Pizza Dosa? Sounds interesting!
We can make this yummy Pizza Dosa with our conventional dosa batter in no time and we can make our children eat healthy vegetables and cheese.  Pizza Dosa is more pleasing and appetizing and would attract all of us. 

Ingredients
Dosa Batter – 2 cups
Chopped Tomato – 1 (Medium)
Chopped Onions – 1 (Medium)
Oregano – a pinch
Tomato Sauce – 5 tsp
Grated Cheese – 1 cup
Chopped Capsicum – 1
Pasta Sauce – 2 tsp
Olive (Soaked in salt water) – few
Grated Carrot – 1       
Chopped Mushroom – 1
Chopped Parsley /Coriander Leaves – few
Salt to taste
Crushed Chilli – 2 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Method
In a pan, heat olive oil. Then add the chopped vegetables (optional) and sauté it for few minutes.
Heat a pan, add dosa batter and make it as a thick dosa. Just apply 1 tsp of oil and keep cook on low flame.
Once it done, turn it in other side. Apply tomato sauce. Then add oregano and a pinch of salt                           .
Now spread the sautéed vegetables in it and keep cook on slow flame.
Then add pasta sauce and cheese on the top of pizza. Keep cook on low flame.
Apply some crushed chilli, as per taste you can add this.
Then spread chopped parsley leaves and switch of the flame.
Now switch off the flame and cut into pieces.
Hot and yummy homemade dosa pizza is ready to serve.
