Ingredients
Diced Tofu – 2 cups
Onion – 1 ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Pepper – 10
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 2
Bay Leaf – 1
Cardamom – 2
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 2 tsp
Curd – 1 cup
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Fresh Cream – ¼ cup
Coriander Leaves – few
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt
Method
Take the tofu and clean up with paper towel. It removes the
excess water from tofu. And then cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan; add tofu pieces and fry till becomes slight
golden brown in colour. Then keep it aside in a plate.
In the same pan, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste &
onions and fry till it becomes mushy. Transfer into separate bowl. Let it cool
down. Then grind it well.
Heat oil in a kadai, add the following spices one bye one (pepper,
cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, and cloves)
Once it pooped out, and then adds the onion masala and fry
for 2 min. Then add the curd and keep cook for another 3 min.
Now add the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala,
and salt with tofu pieces. Then add 1 cup of water and keep cook for about 10
min.
Now add pepper powder & fresh cream and keep cook for 2
min. Add the chopped coriander leaves into this gravy.
