It’s juicy chicken gravy which is something different from
the normal gravy. While sauté the cucumber pieces with onions, it gives nice
flavor & good taste. It’s my new idea by adding cucumber pieces into
chicken gravy.
Normally if we go for any restaurant, while having chicken
they used to provide onion, lemon and cucumber pieces…
So I have an idea… and thinking about you can’t we use
cucumber with chicken gravy. Does it work well???
Finally it’s worked out. Especially this gravy is best
combination with naan, parota, chappati, dosa & idli…
I & my son enjoyed to have this gravy with parota…
Simply superb!!! Hope you are all happy to try this new recipe J Enjoy!!!
