Fried Green Beans

I love to add spices in my dishes. The stir fry cooks up quickly with some spices & onions. It’s a simple and healthy dish. This goes well with any steamed rice & roti…
Ingredients
 Green Beans
 Bengal Gram (Besan ) – 4 tsp
 Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
 Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
 Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
 Chopped Onion – 1 (big)
 Grated Coconut – ¼ cup
 Fennel Seeds – ½ tsp
 Dry Red Chilli – 2
 Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
 Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
 Salt
 Oil
Method
Wash the green beans; slit them for stuffing masala. Keep it aside.

In a medium bowl, add besan, coriander powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and mix it well.

Now stuff the bean with this masala. Do not over stuff. If the masala is remaining keep it aside. You can use it as while frying.

In a pan, heat oil. Then season with red chilli, cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Then fry onions till get brown color. Slowly add the stuffed green beans and fry them on a low flame till they turn crisp and look cooked.

In a blender grind coconut with fennel seeds. Then add this coconut mix with the remaining stuffed masala and mix it well. Cook for another min and turn off the flame.
