Honey Chilli Cake

Do you want to try a cake with the combination of sweet and spicy... Here is the simple, yummy and delicious cake... which has both taste... How many of you like this cake? Just want to know (my curiosity!!!) we baked (me and my son) baked together. 
Even he was pretty much interested to know and learn how to prepare this yummy cake. That was really amazing! Kids are very smart and naughty you know!!! So many questions asked by him. I really wondered!!! How could possible? Anyway, enjoy and post your comments...
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour – 300 g
Granulated Sugar – 300 g
Butter – 300 g
Eggs – 5
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Milk – 5 tsp
Jam – 5 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Yellow Color – ½ tsp
Desiccated Coconut – 3 tsp
(For Honey Syrup)
Honey – ½ cup
Rose Water – 3 tsp
Water – 150 g
Sugar – 50 g
Method
In a big bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder and mix well. Now add granulated sugar, butter (should be in room temperature), milk, beaten eggs, salt, vanilla essence, yellow color and mix it like a soft mixture.
You can use planetary machine/blender to make this batter should be soft and smooth.
In a baking pan, apply butter and spread some all purpose flour then coat it evenly.
Now add the cake batter into this pan, bake them in conventional oven at 250 deg C for 45 to 55 minutes.
By meantime, heat a pan, add jam. Once it started to melt, then add sugar, chilli powder, give a nice mix and switch off the flame.
For Honey Syrup
Heat water in a pan, add sugar and honey then mix well and keep cook on low flame. The consistency of this sugar syrup should not be more thin or thick. Once it cool down then add rose water. Mix it well.
After baking the cake let it cool down and pour the honey syrup on the top and pour the jam evenly and sprinkle the desiccated coconut on the top. 
Once it done, then let it be for few minutes. The cake should absorbed well this jam and honey syrup. 
Then make it as slices and have this yummy and delicious cake!!!
