Chilli Paneer is
a tasty and nutritious recipe. You can have it as a starter or a side dish with
your meal.
This goes well with fried rice/ ghee rice/pulao…
Ingredients
Cubed Paneer – 1 cup
Dry Red Chilli – 3
Tomato Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour/Maida – 2 tsp
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Sliced Green Chilli – 6
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry
Chopped Spring Onions – 1 bunch
(To Temper)
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped Onions – ¼ cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves– few
Chopped Curry Leaves - few
Method
In a bowl add cubed paneer, salt, pepper powder, ginger
garlic paste, maida, tomato chilli sauce and mix well. Let it be for 20 min.
In a pan, heat oil. Add red chilli and sliced green chilli,
then saute it for few sec. Now add chopped
spring onions and saute it for few minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai, add the paneer pieces and deep fry till
get golden in color. Then mix well with spices.
Heat 1 tsp of oil and add the tempering ingredients which are under to temper. Then add this into paneer fry.
Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
