Ingredients
Cubed Tofu - 2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cashew Paste - 2 tsp
Oil for fry
Chopped Coriander leaves - for garnish)
(To Temper)
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cardamom - 2
Peppercorns - 5
Clove - 2
Finely Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Method
In a bowl, add cubed tofu pieces with lemon juice, chilli powder & coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala, cashew paste,salt for about 1 hour and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated tofu pieces and fry well in oil and keep it aside.
In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorns and cloves. Then saute it well for a min on a medium flame.
Now add the onions and fry till it turns slight golden in color.
Then add the fried tofu pieces into it, and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Wow... super and delicious tofu 65 is ready to serve!!!
