Cucumber Chutney/ Dosakaayi Pachadi

Ingredients
Peeled & Finely Chopped Cucumbers – 2 (Medium)
Chopped Tomatoes – ½ cup
Salt to taste
(To Saute)
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 5
Hing – ¼ tsp
Channa Dal (Bengal Gram) – 2 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Garlic – 5 cloves
Tamarind Pulp – 1tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Oil – 2 tsp
(To Temper)
Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
Red Chilli – 2
Chopped Coriander Leaves – few
Sesame Oil – 1tsp
Method
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, garlic cloves, curry leaves, hing, and red chillies then saute till fragrant comes out.
Then add finely chopped cucumbers and saute for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes fry well till it becomes mushy. 
Let it cool for 10 min and transfer into a mixer jar. Add tamarind pulp and grind coarsely. Transfer into a serving bowl.
In a pan, heat oil. Add all the ingredients which are under “to temper” one by one and saute for few seconds then add this into chutney bowl. Serve hot!!!
