Chicken Lollipop

Chicken Lollipop is one of the famous and popular dish almost all over the world in many restaurants.
It is the dish which is loved by all. The juicy tender chicken is marinated with a blend of some Indian spices makes a mouth watering dish.
If you love chicken, definitely you will enjoy having this yummy and tasty dish.

This is goes well with any fried rice/ biryani/ meals/ naan/ roti/chapatti…
Ingredients
Chicken Wings – ½ kg
Oil for deep fry
(To Dip)
Corn Flour – 3 tsp
Soya Sauce – 3 tsp
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
(To Marinate)
Corn Flour – 6 tsp
Maida/All Purpose Flour – 6 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves – few
Chopped Ginger – 2 tsp
Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Chilli Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Eggs – 2
Orange Color Kesari Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water – few drops
Method
Clean and wash the chicken pieces and remove the excess water by using paper towel.
Then make each and every wing into few slices (not fully) by using knife and keep it aside.
In a big bowl, add all the ingredients which are under “to marinate” with chicken wings.
Then mix well and keep it aside for about 2 to 3 hours.
In another bowl add all the ingredients which are under “to dip” and mix well.
Once the chicken wings are marinated with all spices, and then dip with corn flour mix.
Heat oil in a kadai, and then drop the chicken pieces into it. The chicken should be deep fried in oil.

Hot and spicy chicken lollipop is ready to serve!
